I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were serviced to a very high standard each day, and despite some noise from other guests, they were individually styled, spacious, and spotlessly clean with a luxurious bed and bedding. The service was excellent, with professional and friendly staff offering various amenities. The location was perfect, with rooftop views over Essaouira and close proximity to the medina. The dining experience was top-notch, catering even to the most demanding customers. Overall, a great value for money with exceptional facilities.

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted with a delicious mint tea on the terrace while waiting, although my room wasn't ready at 3 p.m. The room came with 2 extra beds for my kids, but it was quite small, making everything feel tight. The service, however, was top-notch with very friendly and accommodating staff who made my stay comfortable. The location in the heart of the medina was perfect for exploring all the attractions easily. Despite some tightness in the room, the overall experience was enjoyable.

Dining options are delightful, especially when enjoyed on the beautiful roof terrace overlooking the ocean. However, the location near a mosque can lead to early morning noise. The facilities are well-maintained and contribute to a pleasant overall experience.
